Questions clinics ask.

Will my staff need retraining?

No. The screens, menus, colours and shortcuts follow Fitting Wizard, and clinics that move across open in the classic layout by default. If your team can use Fitting Wizard today, they can use this on day one.

What will it cost?

One monthly bill per clinician that covers the software, hosting, backups, updates and support. Admin users are free. We're setting final prices with waitlist clinics first. For most clinics paying for licences, a server and hosting today, it will cost less.

Do we still need a server or remote desktop?

No. Fitting Wizard Cloud runs in a web browser, so there is no server to rent or look after and no remote desktop to log in to. Hosting is part of the one bill.

Can we use it with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?

Yes. It has MCP built in, the standard way AI assistants connect to software. You choose what each assistant can see and do, every request is logged, and client records stay in Fitting Wizard Cloud.

Where is our data kept?

In Australia. Each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic's, every view and change is recorded in a log you can read, and you can export everything at any time.

Can it answer our phone and our ads?

Yes. An AI receptionist can take calls 24/7 or only when your lines are busy, and can book, reschedule, cancel and answer common questions. Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp Business link directly, so enquiries are booked into your diary and followed up.

Do we have to use the AI assistant?

No. It is optional and switched on per clinic. When it is on, your team can read every conversation and take over at any point.

What happens to HSP work?

Vouchers, renewals and claim preparation are part of the core product, as they are in Fitting Wizard today.

Yes. Fitting Wizard Cloud is built by Scaffold in partnership with Francois Capmeil of Biotronic, and his support continues.
